Senior Design Architect

My client is urgently seeking a Senior Design Architect, to work on a number of projects in Asia.

You will be required to work on a number of ongoing and new schemes. These can include a luxury residential development in Shanghai, a High rise commercial scheme and a new large scale master plan. The role is a diverse and varied one and no two days are the same. You will be required to be involved with projects from conception through to completion, local knowledge of rules and regulations are essential for the position.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Min. 5 year's project experience after post qualification.
Applicants must be qualified members of the HKIA or equivalent.
Design oriented, self-motivated Architect with design experience in the discipline.
Proficiency in contract administration and detailing of projects.
Have relevant project experience including, interiors, residential, commercial, Grade A buildings and large scale projects.
Proven experience in local projects including, site supervision and design.
Knowledge in AutoCAD and 3D and Photoshop application Software.
Be Independent and responsible
Good spoken Putonghua is preferred, but spoken and written English and Chinese are essential.

To be considered for these roles you will need to posses the following, a minimum of 5 years experience of working on projects in Hong Kong / Asia. You need to be an active member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and be educated to Degree level.
